Sometimes our need for money causes us to enter into, or maintain, relationships that we should not. For others who have money and share it freely, they sometimes do not consider the unintentional dependence their money can create. The New International Version of the Bible says, "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith..." Therefore, we must be conscious of the power of (eagerness for) money, because a devotion to it can be a gateway to all kinds of sin.
